We have a number of church programs for kids and youth, from worship services to fun events, on weekends throughout the year. Activities like Easter egg hunts, Halloween Boo Sundays, and Christmas pageants, have long been family favorites at Saint Andrew’s.
On Sundays, we focus on four pillars: Communion, Play, Education and Enrichment. Each program is designed to foster connection, community and offers flexibility. See our list of different ways to participate below.
Additionally, we have a Pre-K to 8th Grade School on our campus. Please don’t hesitate to contact us to find out more.
Children, Youth and Family Service: Sundays, 9am
These Sunday services keep all ages in mind, from babies to grandparents, and are more relaxed, accommodating the needs of young families. There are many opportunities for children and adults to participate in this service, such as writing or drawing papers, holding stones at confession, and processing with crosses. About 40 minutes in duration, services also include singing, Bible readings, a short reflection, and Communion. Nursery care is available.
Joyful Voices Children’s Choir: Mondays, 3pm - 4:30pm; Fridays, 3:45-4:30pm*
With music as a key component of enrichment, this time will be devoted to a children’s choir. Participants will sometimes also have the opportunity to sing at the 10am Sunday Choral Eucharist service for parishioners, where the Saint Andrew’s Adult Choir is also featured. For further details or to enroll, please contact us.
*Note: This program is currently offered for students of Saint Andrew’s Episcopal School
