Membership Information
When you're ready to make Saint Andrew's your church, it's time to become a member. Membership moves you from just "showing up" at church services to growing as a disciple of Christ within this particular community. Becoming a member of Saint Andrew's Church shows your desirre to discover God's special ministry for you, and to deepen your spiritual life through Christian formation, worship, fellowship and service.

Of course, it is hard to be a part of the Body of Christ at Saint Andrew's or anywhere else, without participating in parish activities. We expect our members to attend worship services regularly and to take part in the life and ministry of the congregation.  Just how you choose to participate depends on your own unique gifts — and one of the most exciting aspects of the faith journey is discovering what gifts God has given us, and exploring new ways of using them.

How Do I Become a Member?
Everyone is welcome to attend Saint Andrew's Episcopal Church. Should you desire to become a member of Saint Andrew's, you're encouraged to call the church office for more information.

Normally there are two steps which any adult Christian takes to become a member of an Episcopal Church. First, he or she is baptized into the church family the name of Saint Andrew's. Because in our tradition most people are baptized as infants or children, the Christian will later confirm her baptism by presenting herself to an Episcopal bishop to be received into the church as an adult.

If you are already an Episcopalian, but your letter of membership is with another Episcopal parish, to become a member of Saint Andrew's all you need do is contact our office to let us know of your desire to join. Once you've told us which parish you're a member of currently, we will contact your former parish to transfer your membership.
